I believe the freezing rain advisory is most applicable to extreme northern counties of New Jersey, as well as west of the Philadelphia area, where slick spots are more likely..
Middlesex county and Philadelphia are on the eastern and southern fringe of this advisory, where icy conditions may occur for less than one hour, and on a more isolated basis...
