9:10am radar update:
The change-over to rain has already occurred in southern NJ, and this transition is starting to take shape in east/central NJ, and just south of NYC and Long Island.
More of these areas will see a shift to non-freezing precipitation in the next 1 -2 hours, with northern NJ changing over the latest, between 11am - noon or so.
More updates will be posted if necessary.
