Very windy -- with most of NJ staying dry this afternoon

Weather update:
Rain continues over NYC and Long Island as of 3pm -- with only a shower or two scattered over NJ  the rest of today-- along with some peeks of sun... particularly over central and southern sections of the Garden state.
