Holiday weekend weather update:
The weather front that will be producing showers and thunderstorms for the rest of the area today and tonight will be slowing down, creating a wet, windy and chilly end to the work-week on Friday.
With this weather front not far from the area on Saturday, another storm will form and move near the NJ metro area, continuing the threat for rain and breezy weather on Saturday, particularly for Long Island.
The storm will hopefully gives us a better day on Sunday.
Monday looks nice, with sunny skies, and no chance for rain.
More updates to come...
