Round two of the rain expected later today for NJ metro

Weather update:
The first round of heavy rain is over...

There is still another strong weather disturbance seen on the satellite picture, and by the weather models that will be approaching the area around 3pm --

Some breaks in the clouds, with some peeks of sun are helping to "cook up" the atmosphere before this weather feature arrives.

I do expect another round of showers and locally severe thunderstorms to move in again around 4pm in NW Jersey, spreading into the rest of the Garden state shortly thereafter, and around 5pm for NYC and Long Island.
