11:45am radar update
Heavier rain will be arriving in southern NJ by 1pm, central NJ by 1:30pm, and the remainder of the Garden state, NYC and Long Island by 2pm...
Rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches will be common with this rain-band. Localized street and highway flooding can also be expected.
Do not drive through roadways that are flooded.
