A DRY AIR MASS WILL COMBINE WITH INCREASING WEST WINDS TO CREATE
CONDITIONS MORE CONDUCIVE FOR FIRE SPREAD INTO EARLY AFTERNOON.
RELATIVE HUMIDITY IS EXPECTED TO DECREASE TO 35 TO 45 PERCENT DURING
THIS TIME...WHILE WIND GUSTS INCREASE TO 20 TO 25 MPH. THESE
CONDITIONS WOULD LIKELY AID FIRE SPREAD IF IGNITION OCCURS.
