Monmouth, Essex, Union, Hudson, and Bergen counties in NJ can see some light showers in the next 15 - 30 minutes.
Staten Island, as well as the 5 boroughs of New York City, will get wet in the next half hour or so, followed by Long Island between 1pm - 2pm.
A break in the wet weather appears likely just in time for the trick-or-treaters.
Temps will mainly be in the 60s.
