Satellite and radar pictures over the last few hours have continued to indicate less cloud-coverage and showers -- and, as a result, temperatures have risen into the mid- 80s in many areas.
These readings should steady into the rest of the afternoon...
There is still a 20-30% chance of a passing shower later on...
