8:30am radar update for NJ metro

Based on radar trends -- the ending time for the rain will be around 10am for northern and northwestern New Jersey, between 10-10:30am for NYC,  between 10:30-11am for Long Island, and around 11:00am for central and southern sections of the Garden state.
