New Jersey weather system moving in...

As of around 4:30pm Saturday afternoon, a cold front is approaching the Northeast United States, but should weaken as it moves into New Jersey...
While a shower or thunderstorm is possible, this system is a quick mover, and will be gone by wake-up Sunday morning... and another nice day is in store for the second half of the weekend...

The next chance for wet weather could come by Wednesday.

New Jersey weather -- from Chicago

You are looking at a radar picture as of 9:30am Friday morning from Chicago, Illinois -- this is the weather system which is likely to give us some rain in New Jersey late Saturday or Saturday night -- but will move away quickly -- and have the sun return on Sunday.

In the middle of this picture (in white) are clouds associated with the next quick weather-maker -- which should only have minimal impacts (a few showers) for New Jersey, and will still keep 80% of the weekend dry.

If you look closely, you will  find the United States.... and if you look even closer, you will se NJ to the right of the map...

         A weather system indicated by the green color in NY and PA (which is actually a forecasted area for rain) will be moving in later Saturday or Saturday night.  Indications are that the rain will move in and out fairly quickly, so that Sunday should also turn out fairly nice.  More details to come.
