  COUNTIES IN NEW JERSEY. ORANGE...PUTNAM...ROCKLAND...WESTCHESTER
  NEW YORK...BRONX...RICHMOND...KINGS AND QUEENS COUNTIES IN NEW

Note: A "watch" means conditions are favorable, for heavy snow to occur.
There still needs to be more evidence and consistency from the weather models for this to be considered a certainty. If future data continues to support this, a "warning" will be issued.
