Some rain on the way for NJ metro

A quick-moving weather system on the way...

Tonight remains mostly cloudy. Temperatures only fall into the low and mid- 50s. Some patchy fog is possible.

Thursday gets wet...
Gusty winds will be felt as this weather front arrives.
Showers move in between 8 - 9am -- with the rain ending between 1pm - 3pm.

Temperatures reach the lower 60s by late morning or early afternoon, and then fall through the 50s during the day. Some sun is possible late in the day, along with more brisk winds.
Rainfall amounts look to be one-quarter of an inch or less.

Thursday night turns out partly cloudy. Temperatures will be colder, falling mostly into the 30s.

Friday is expected to be mostly sunny and breezy. Highs top out in the low to mid- 50s.

The weekend looks dry, with partly to mostly sunny skies, and highs in the 50s.

Monday starts off the new work-week storm free, as temperatures reach the 50s, with sunshine.
