Light snow for New Jersey on Friday evening
Radar image at time of post: 5:45pm Thursday, 1/24/2013
A quick moving weather system will give the Garden state a light snow accumulation Friday evening and Friday night.
Snow is expected to arrive after 6pm Friday, but only last until around 1am early Saturday morning.
Accumulations will be around 1 inch for most of central and northern New Jersey -- but could reach around 2 inches for southern New Jersey counties.
Updates will be posted if necessary.
Temperatures could reach the freezing mark (32 degrees) on Saturday -- with even milder temperatures for the second part of the weekend, and the first half of the new work-week.
More on this in my next post.
